Thank you for choosing Propana, LLC ("Propana," "we," "us," or "our"). This Delivery Policy outlines how we manage the delivery of propane tanks to our customers.
We currently deliver to residential and commercial addresses in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont. Please check our website or contact support@propana.co to verify if your location is within our delivery range.
Standard delivery: Next-day delivery is available based on time slot availability.
Express delivery: Guaranteed next-day delivery by 9:00 AM if the express option is selected at checkout.
Deliveries are made to accessible, outdoor locations only.
Customers are not required to be present at the time of delivery.
The delivery location must be safe and accessible to our drivers. If the delivery location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, Propana reserves the right to cancel the delivery without refund.
Ensure that the designated delivery location is clear and accessible.
Promptly secure propane tanks after delivery to prevent theft or damage.
Review and follow all safety guidelines regarding propane handling and storage.
If we are unable to complete a delivery due to issues with accessibility or safety at the delivery location, the order may be canceled at Propana's discretion, and a redelivery fee may apply.
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the specified location.
Propana is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tanks after delivery is completed.
Customers will receive an email confirmation once the delivery has been completed.
