Refund Policy

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 15% of the order value.

Full refunds are available for orders canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Partial refunds may be issued for orders canceled less than 24 hours before delivery, minus the cancellation fee.

Refunds may be issued in cases of service quality issues, delivery errors, or product quality concerns, subject to verification by our team.

Delivery fees for completed deliveries are non-refundable.

Service fees for tank inspections, maintenance, or other completed services are non-refundable.

Special order items or custom equipment that has been delivered cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the delivery or the canceled order date.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
